Q: What if it takes more than ten hours of labor to build my website?

A: Clients may purchase more time as they need it. Because this is pre-paid, you will never be surprised by an unexpected bill.

Q: What if I don't use the full ten hours of developer time?

A: Any leftover time will stay with your account. That means that if you need changes made to your website in the future, you'll already have pre-paid developer time. Just tell us what you need and we'll get to work!

Q: What if I already own my domain name? Do I get a discount?

A: We do not offer discounts for domains or hosting at this time.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of revisions and changes you will make to my website?

A: Because we charge by the hour, we are extremely flexible with our web service. There is absolutely no limit to the number of revisions or features or pages we can add to your site.

Q: Can you build an eCommerce website so I can sell products online?

A: Yes. There are a large number of options for doing this. While some are free and can be implemented quickly, there are other options that are more time consuming and costly. If you don't already know how you want it done, that is a topic you'll want to discuss with your developer.

Q: What if I want to make changes my website? Is that hard?

A: We try to make it as easy as possible for our clients to make changes to their own website. That is why we build our websites almost exclusively with the popular WordPress. WordPress is an easy-to-learn framework that requires a very small learning curve even for those who aren't tech savvy.

Q: Can I get a backup of my website?

A: When it's time to "go live" with your new site, we make a FULL backup and send it to you. That way, if anything goes wrong, it's easy to get back up and running in a flash.
